A few snaps from this week…

This week was a crazy amazing whirlwind…Brooke is back and with her came a gaggle of amazing S.O.U.L. members and some lovely newcomers. SO much happened this week and it wasn’t until today, Sunday, that I got a chance to take a breathe. I can’t wait to share what the past two weeks have been like…it was nothing less than magical and reminded me time and time again why I feel fortunate to be here…but for now here are just a few recent photos of life in Buja.

It has been so amazing having my brother, Cass, around this past month. He has really taken a liking to teaching the SOUL preprimary kids...they absolutely adore him, and rightfully so! :)

SOUL gives several letters to sponsors each year, so this week we ran around to 34 schools and collected hand written letters from almost 300 SOUL students. A long but fun process! This is my friend, Heidi's student, Nansubugh Naume.

New Sunday highlight is gathering flowers from the village and Mama Ali's after a good road work (running) and yoga session on the nile. It adds some great life to my room and it free fund shui.
