We begin in 20 days >>> Perhaps you join for the yoga classes, but there’s the possibility for much more.
I feel deeply fulfilled as a yoga teacher when a student has the understanding and confidence to adjust their practice as needed.
Do you want to up-level your yoga practice and feel more confident and disciplined with practicing yoga from your home and on your own? 🧘🏻‍♀️Would you like a felt understanding of what is best for your body and how to intelligently move and support yourself on your mat?
Virtual classes begin this week! First up is a 60-minute Winter Solstice Flow @ 12 CET tomorrow/Monday!
I have been pouring lots of love and energy into something brand new and I’m almost ready to share all of the details!
I’ve just shared 4 yoga classes on YouTube (link in bio)! These short classes are meant to guide you into movement or stillness so if nothing else you get to your mat for 10 minutes...or keep flowing and let it lead into your own practice! Getting going is often the hardest part. 🏃🏻‍♀️

Each small or large act of encouragement, motivation and leadership contributes to the greater whole, accumulating to a mass movement of change. S.O.U.L.’s support is now present in 7 villages and soon growing. Although the exact […]

DIG & SOUL : Organic Pesticide

My new favorite thing happening on the ground is a partnership between DIG (Development in Gardening) and SOUL. Patrick, a local Ugandan, started DIG out of a need to survive. He was 15 years old when he lost both his parents to AIDS. He had 8 siblings to take care of. They needed food so […]
